Mohinder Pal is the Founder and CEO of Groupe Altech, one of the largest and most competitive metal surface treatment and electroplating companies in Montreal, Quebec. With more than 35 years of experience in the metal finishing industry, Mr. Pal has built Groupe Altech into a trusted partner for customers operating in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, military, industrial, and commercial sectors throughout North America.
Since founding Groupe Altech, Mr. Pal has been driven by a commitment to quality, innovation, customer service, and operational excellence. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a state-of-the-art metal finishing facility spanning over 50,000 square feet and offering a wide range of electroplating and surface treatment solutions tailored to the evolving needs of modern manufacturers.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pal has developed extensive expertise in electroplating processes, surface engineering, quality control, production management, and continuous process improvement. He has led the implementation of advanced plating technologies and custom production lines capable of accommodating both high-volume manufacturing requirements and specialized prototype projects.

Tatiana Zhezherun is the Owner and President of Groupe Altech, a leading metal surface treatment and electroplating company based in Montreal, Quebec. Since acquiring ownership and assuming a leadership role within the organization in 2020, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term business development.
With more than 25 years of experience in finance, corporate management, and executive leadership, Tatiana brings extensive expertise in financial planning, business strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational development. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held senior leadership positions including Controller, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Vice President of Finance, successfully leading financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and strategic initiatives across multiple industries.
As both Owner and President of Groupe Altech, Tatiana provides strategic direction for the company while overseeing its financial and operational performance. Her unique combination of financial expertise and hands-on operational leadership has strengthened the company’s position as a trusted provider of high-quality metal finishing solutions. She works closely with customers, suppliers, management teams, and industry partners to ensure exceptional service, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Yuliia (Julia) Zhezherun is the In-House Attorney at Groupe Altech, where she combines her legal expertise and multidisciplinary professional experience to support the company’s continued growth, operational excellence and long-term strategic objectives.
As the daughter of Tatiana Zhezherun and Mohinder Pal, Yuliia has developed a deep understanding of the company’s values, culture, and business operations. While benefiting from this unique perspective, she has built her own distinguished professional career through extensive academic achievement, legal practice, public-sector service, and hands-on business experience.
A dedicated and versatile legal professional, Yuliia possesses a strong academic foundation in law and international affairs. She holds notably a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and International Law (B.A.), a Master of Laws (LL.M.), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). Her legal practice has encompassed a broad range of areas, including Corporate Law, Labor and Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Criminal Law, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of both legal strategy and risk management.
Yuliia first joined Groupe Altech in 2020 as an Executive Assistant while completing her legal studies. During this time, she gained valuable insight into the company’s operations, management structure, customer relationships, and strategic objectives. In 2026, following the completion of her legal training and professional qualifications, she returned to Groupe Altech as In-House Attorney.
Prior to assuming her current role, Yuliia gained valuable public sector experience as an Early Resolution Officer in occupational health and safety with the Government of Canada. This experience, combined with her legal practice across multiple areas of law, has proven to be a significant asset in supporting Groupe Altech’s legal, operational, and regulatory needs.
In her current position, Yuliia oversees a wide range of legal and business matters, including corporate governance, commercial agreements, labor and employment matters, regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution. Beyond her legal responsibilities, she is actively involved in numerous aspects of the business, including operations, human resources, research and development, government grants and funding programs, occupational health and safety, strategic planning, and client relations.
Her diverse professional background also includes experience in sales, accounting, administration, event management, and business operations, enabling her to approach challenges from both legal and commercial perspectives.
Committed to continuous improvement and organizational growth, Yuliia works closely with Groupe Altech’s leadership team to support innovation, strengthen business partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Yuliia is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, partners, and suppliers across diverse cultural and international environments.
