Phosphate

Zinc phosphate coating is formed through a process of crystallization on the surface by a chemical reaction. The Zinc phosphate process should be applied by immersion, and it can be used for any phosphate application.
Zinc phosphate: Offers excellent corrosion resistance and is widely used in automotive and heavy machinery.
Manganese phosphate: Provides superior wear resistance and is common in military and aerospace components.
